NVFOA has been providing a consistently high level of football officiating for Washington Metropolitan area high schools, middle schools, and recreation leagues since 1947. The NVFOA is a member of the Virginia High School League, with reciprocity in Maryland, Washington DC, West Virginia, and North Carolina.
